Welcome to Self Sufficient Helps
This is my small website to gives some ideas on being more self sufficient. In these less than favorable economic times, many people are thinking about doing more on their own to reduce expenses and earn income from new sources. Also, many people are concerned about the safety of foods purchased in the stores and would like to grow their own to be more assured of the quality.
